'Let us have our way with you'
Our favourite way to showcase our skills in the kitchen and the wonderful produce we have in our own 'backyard' is by creating a degustation style tasting menu.
During the winter months, we are encouraging you to linger a little longer at the Verandah and allow us to take you on a gastronomical journey.
Our 'Let us have our way with you' degustation menus consist of six smaller courses which allow you to experience the wealth of flavours Chef’s Nigel Rich & Peter Reschke bring to each dish.
The Degustation menu below is an example of what we can do.
To add the final touch to the experience, let us match wines to each course either as single glasses or in flights.
